Meet the Founder - Emmanuella Angeletta Bell Richman
Founder & CEO, Richman Elite Financial & Realty Services (REFRS)
Born in Haiti and raised through adversity, Emmanuella Richman turned pain into purpose and purpose into prosperity. After migrating to the U.S. at just 10 years old, she faced the challenges of learning a new language, navigating foster care, and rebuilding life from the ground up.
Through faith and determination, she rose above it all; graduating high school at 16, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management, and marrying her high school sweetheart, now her husband of many years and a proud Army chef. Together, they built a life centered on faith, family, and service.
The spark that created REFRS began when she witnessed her mother-in-law’s unfair experience buying a home. Emmanuella knew she could do better; not just for her family, but for every client who deserved honesty, transparency, and empowerment. That moment led her to become a licensed Realtor, tax preparer, and business startup expert, devoted to helping others achieve financial freedom and generational wealth.
Today, as a proud Army wife, mother of two, and the founder of Richman Elite Financial & Realty Services, Emmanuella continues to lead with compassion, courage, and conviction. Her mission is clear; to educate, uplift, and protect those who often go unheard, proving that no matter where you come from, you can rise.
